BORIKA Mounting System for Installation of Accessories on T-Track FMa

Technical Details:
Designed for mounting accessories provided with a male adapter shaped as a 12 pointed star on the T-Track of motorboats and kayaks. The system consists of an Fs219 mount and a mounting pad, which is fixed to the track using two clamps (32 х 16,5 х 6 mm), attached with two M6*40 DIN 931 screws and M6 DIN 934 nuts. The assembly includes a set of caps that protect the clamps from rusting, and a set of caps for installation on the T-Track of FeelFree kayaks.The adapter of the fixed accessory is inserted all the way into the mount, the retainer of which is in the open position (UNLOCK), then the retainer is moved to the LOCK position, clamping 7 out of 12 adapter teeth. The main parts are made of fiberglass-reinforced polyamide. Protective plug is made of PVC. Fasteners — of A2 (AISI 304) stainless steel (except for two M6 DIN 934 brass nuts).



Product Description:
FMa is a universal mounting system for installation of accessories on aluminum and plastic T-Tracks of motorboats and kayaks. Thanks to the set of caps, the pad is compatible with non-standard FeelFree kayak T-tracks. It can be easily moved along the T-Track and fixed in the selected place.
It is suitable both for vertical installation on the upward-directed kayak T-Tracks, as well as for horizontal installation on the motorboat track directed inside of the boat. The adapter of the accessory fixed in the FMa is directed perpendicularly to the T-Track on which the system is installed.
Designed for medium and increased loads.
The assembly includes one Fs219 mount and a mounting pad which can be installed on the T-Track using two metal clamps. Four fastening points ensure additional strength of the system. The pair of caps protects the clamps from rusting. The pad allows the second Fs219 mount to be installed.
The Fs219 mount is compatible with all BORIKA FASTen® accessories as well as accessories and devices from other brands ( SCOTTY®, RAM®, RAILBLAZA®, YakAttack®, carp fishing tackles) when using conversion adapters.
Fixing is fast and simple: after removing the protective plug, switch the locking mechanism into the UNLOCK position, insert the adapter all the way into the mount, and move the retainer into the LOCK position. The accessory can be fixed in any position by rotating the adapter around the axis in 30° increments.

Tips on using & installation:
Installation does not require using any tools.
Pay attention that the reliability of the structure depends not only on the strength of the mount and the pad, but also on the strength of the T-Track. Therefore, it is not recommended installing on FMa accessories that are expected to be dynamically loaded (for example, spinning rod holders with extenders) and anchor holders paired with anchors weighing over 8 kg).
To prolong the service life of the product, after using it in sea water, rinse it with plenty of fresh water.
