Platform for Equipment with the Mounting System for the Bolltrope of a PVC Boat

Technical Details:
The kit includes the round plate (Ø 63 mm) and the Mx mounting system. It has been designed for mounting equipment with a flat base and flat objects on the PVC boat boltrope. The 27.7° side splines of the plate are connected with the mounting system splines, the assembly includes two Dp230 7.5° washers, an M6*60 DIN 933 bolt, an M6 DIN 985 nut, a spring and a plastic hex-knob. The plate can be 360° rotated, the kit includes an M6*30 DIN 912 bolt and an M6 DIN 985 self-locking nut. The package also includes four WS 9330 M6*16 screws and four M6 DIN 934 nuts, which allow the equipment to be installed on the platform. There are two adjustment pads of molding PVC, the thickness is 5 mm, which is equipped with a 3М VHB tape. The main parts are made of fiberglass-reinforced polyamide. Fasteners — of A2 (AISI 304) stainless steel (except for the M6 DIN 985 brass nut).

This system has been designed for mounting equipment with a flat base and flat objects on the PVC boat or belly boat (float tube) boltrope (a mounting track, which is used for fixing seats and various accessories on PVC motorboats and belly boats). The round mounting pad has 63 mm in diameter and is suitable for mounting different flat objects, for example, tool boxes.
The mounting pad and the mounting plate are connected with a spline tilt joint, which is equipped by 7.5° adapter washers, that help to provide precise adjustment of the tilt position.
Materials: fiberglass-reinforced polyamide, PVC, A2 (AISI 304) stainless steel, brass.
In the package: a TAMx218 plate, four WS M6*16 flat-head screws and four M6 DIN 934 nuts.
Tips on using & installation:
The equipment is securely fastened on the round plate using the flat-head screws and nuts, which are included into the package.
An important advantage of mounting on the boltrope is that you don't have to waste time on installation or wait for the adhesive to dry. The mount with the installed accessory can be easily dismantled without leaving marks on the surface of the vessel.
In order to minimize the gap between the mounting pad and the inflatable cylinder, elastic pads equipped with 3M VHB tape, used to get a good grip on the inflatable cylinder, are included in the assembly.
It is recommended to install the system on the half-inflated cylinder.
Despite the spline connection that is provided in the assembly, all the models designed for use on a boltrope are strongly not recommended to be supplemented with extenders, since the boltrope itself is not designed for multidirectional dynamic loads.
To prolong the service life of the product, after using it in sea water, rinse it with plenty of fresh water.
